| 1. On your iPhone or iPod Touch home screen, select Settings. |
2. Select Mail, Contacts and Calendars. |

| 3. Select Add Account... |
4. Select Other. |

| 5. On the New Account Screen, begin entering your email information as provided to you by the system administrator. Generally, it will be your Name (as you wish it to appear), your full email address, your password and a description as you want it shown on your iPhone/iPod Mail Accounts screen. After you have entered all of the information as shown, select 'Save'. |
6. After saving the initial account information, make sure you select POP for the mail account type. Then scroll down and begin entering and/or confirming the fields that are shown below. |

| 7. In the Incoming Mail Server (POP) section, ensure you put your full domain name for your host beginning with 'mail'. For your user name, enter your full email address and password as shown. |
8. In the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) section, ensure you put your full domain name for your host beginning with 'mail'. For your user name, enter your full email address and password as shown |

| 9. Once you have entered your mail server settings, select Save. Your iPhone will begin verification of the mail account information you entered and make an initial connection to the server. |
10. Once the connection is made, you may receive a 'Cannot Connect Using SSL' message as shown, simply select Yes to connect without SSL. |

| 11. Your iPhone will attempt to verify the settings once again. You may receive the SSL warning message again as it checks both Incoming and Outgoing server settings. Select Yes again if prompted. |
12. Once your account information is verified, your iPhone will return to the Mail, Contacts and Calendars screen showing your new email account. You may click Settings to return to the Settings screen or press the Home button to return to your home screen. |

| 13. On your iPhone home screen, select Mail. |
14. Select your new email account and it should begin sending and receiving your email. You can also select the refresh/check mail circular arrow in the lower left corner of the screen. * |

* Note: The iPhone 3G or iPod Touch will sometimes generate an "Unable to connect to mail.yourdomain.com" error message when attempting to check mail after the creation of a new account or more often after you have modified an existing account. If the error continues, you must delete the account and re-add it using these instructions.
